The Department of Training & Placements is a dedicated division and we cater to the needs of our students offering support to them in clearly seperated sub-divisions. Right at the earliest stages of each student specifically we encourage them to chalk out two plans, i.e., A plan that they want to pursue with their hearts content and the other, more logical, to pursue a sustainable position i.e., securing a job.
It is essentional that we as their most important influencers cut some slack and encourage them to be able to pursue their dreams, this encouragement and the ability to show their innermost desires towards career has reaped us untold blessings. The Management at St. Mary’s feels that the greatest social responsibility is to empower the students with these skills, which make them employable and huence have initiated the much needed training program for all its 7000 students under its group at its selective own cost.
